We began an epic vacation pulling our 5th wheel. Heading up Saluda Pass toward Hendersonville NC our truck went into limp mode and the transmission overheated. After cooling down we were able to limp it into the dealership under our own power but not healthy. Diagnostic info revealed several issues, none of which would guarantee a smooth vacation trip. Without time to regroup we opted to pursue purchase of an available used truck on the lot. Noah Agne was an island for us! With his Sales Manager Saul, they got us into the new to us vehicle and allowed us to “boondock” overnight on their lot while we changed and adapted the 5th Wheel hitch between vehicles. Thanks to their heartfelt concern and help we have been able to catch up and continue our once in a lifetime adventure. Thank you again Noah, Saul, Dustin, Jackson, and others that assisted and put up with us. Kudos to the staff and organization in its entirety. Highly recommend.
