I have always hated the car buying experience. To much pressure and just too stressful. The experiance that I just had at AutoStar was the very opposite. "Treat our customers like family." As I complimented various employees throughout the experience this is what I was told. I have never met the owner, but trust me, your staff is living it out. My purchase came with no hassles and no pressure, none! I can't believe that I am saying this, but, it was honestly a pleasure. My purchase at AutoStar started with James the Service Manager. Over the last year, he has changed the service department! Service has also become a good experience and now it is with people that I trust. Had this transformation not have happened I wouldn't have been buying a car here. This purchase ends with Alejandro, Jorge, both Dustins, Cameron, Weston, and last but not least, Connie, who took my money. May it be known that I was happy when I gave her my hard earned dollars. Autostar Hendersonville, it is my humble opinion that you are setting the bar by raising the standards in the auto industry.
