Tremendous customer service! I visited Autohaus to have routine service (oil change) on my Z. Linda Schaefer was my service advisor. She explained that some other service was due I visited Autohaus to have routine service (oil change) on my Z. Linda Schaefer was my service advisor. She explained that some other service was due on my car and explained what needed to be done. While I waited for the work to be done on my car, the service technician discovered a crack in the valve cover on my car. He and Linda explained the issue with the crack and we discussed my options. (We decided that the valve cover should be replaced.) Linda provided me with a loaner to drive while my car was repaired. My car was completed later in the day. I could not be happier with the service provided. Linda took personal ownership of the work done on my car and made sure that I was happy and comfortable with the work done on my vehicle. I will be back to Autohaus and ask for Ms. Schaefer. More
