However, it had already been sold a couple of hours earlier. One of the salespeople took down what we were looking for, and Jens called about a week later with details about the one we ended up purchasing. We scheduled a time for a test drive and purchased the X3 that afternoon. We picked up the X3 two days later after it went through a thorough detail. Alicia spent an hour with us explaining the car's features, settings, and options. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience, and I'll keep Autohaus in mind for future BMW purchases. More

I came in for general service such as a oil change and tires to find out I needed over $5,500 worth of work done to my vehicle. My service advisor Patti made me aware of the issues and didn't make me feel forced or pressured to take care of everything in one visit. Patti went over options for getting my repairs handled and she went above and beyond to make this process as smooth as possible. Thankfully, I was able to get all of my repairs taken care of and was provided with outstanding customer service. Patti K. is truly an asset to the BMW Autohaus family and she made my experience a very memorable one. More

Very poor customer service The rear tow bar cover plate fell off my 640i Grand Coupe. I asked Autohaus to replace it and they refused. The vehicle has never been towed and there was no explanation other than defective part or workmanship. The service manager said somebody must have stolen it therefore I had to pay for it. Ridiculous. This was my eighth and LAST BMW thanks to this dealership. Bad customer service is one thing but don’t insult my intelligence as well. More

I must say out of EVERYONE I have worked with, Ethan is by far the most genuine person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He clearly wasnt trying to reach into my pocket for things that were not needed at this time. Not only that but he took the time...and by time I mean atleast 2 hours of his own personal time to look up and recommend the right tires for me. We went back and forth in communication for a day about which tires I wanted to try on my 3 series...it was never a doubt that he would steer me in the right direction...and steer me he did! I am absolutely delighted to know that this young man is here and working for this company. He might be the youngest advisor I have ever worked with..but his knowledge and poise is well beyond his years. To anyone reading this...seriously...work with Ethan if you have any chance at all. What a fun experience that was learnin Purchased a new (well new to me) vehicle 2 weeks ago. First visit in after wards I met with Chris the genius. What a fun experience that was learning all these new tricks that this car can do. BMW sure does know how to make a car exciting. Afterwards ironically enough the car had a low tire light pop on. Without missing a beat Chris walked me over to Ethan in the service department. Going from Chris to Ethan and truly feeling in good hands was quite satisfying. He did me the courtesy of looking over all 4 of my tires personally to verify that there was no leak and in fact had just lost 2 pounds of air pressure. Who knew these sensors were so on point! He got me aired back up and reset my light in a flash and I was on my way. You guys rock. More
