Best of the Best I have been driving BMW's since 1998. At times I have owned as many as three. Great service for my older BMW I brought my 530i in for routine service and was helped by Mike Crader who has helped me many times in the past. I was just going to get an oil chang I brought my 530i in for routine service and was helped by Mike Crader who has helped me many times in the past. I was just going to get an oil change but Mike told me there was an open recall on the driver air bag which is a safety recall that had just come out recently for my year/model and he was able to get the recall performed as well while I waited. I always get great service from the people at Autohaus. I would highly recommend More

Out of state purchase I live in another state (Virginia) to be specific. This particular car purchase brought about its own issues. Dealing with paperwork and shipping but, Jens rode with me the whole entire time...all the way until final shipping took place. We hit a few bumps in the road and delays but in the end...it was the best buying experience I’ve ever had. My car will be arriving Christmas Eve. Again, Jens hung in there with me and went the extra mile...even to the point of conducting business on his off days. I would recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle in, or out of state! I’m 100% satisfied and happy with the outcome! More
