Out of state purchase I live in another state (Virginia) to be specific. This particular car purchase brought about its own issues. Dealing with paperwork and shipping but, Jens rode with me the whole entire time...all the way until final shipping took place. We hit a few bumps in the road and delays but in the end...it was the best buying experience I’ve ever had. My car will be arriving Christmas Eve. Again, Jens hung in there with me and went the extra mile...even to the point of conducting business on his off days. I would recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle in, or out of state! I’m 100% satisfied and happy with the outcome! More

Outstanding Service Advisor I recently brought my 2014 335i in for service. Several systems on the car required servicing. Because the car has low mileage for its age and the war I recently brought my 2014 335i in for service. Several systems on the car required servicing. Because the car has low mileage for its age and the warranty was about to expire, I had numerous questions for my service advisor, Patti Kupfer. She was very knowledgeable of my vehicle and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She also gave me several recommendations concerning extended warranties that will save me money in the future. I was very happy with the servicing of my car and the information received. More

They got the repair right We had an issue with a tire on our M3, where the tire pressure would drop suddenly. We could fill it back up and often the pressure would stay ok, bu We had an issue with a tire on our M3, where the tire pressure would drop suddenly. We could fill it back up and often the pressure would stay ok, but as time went on it began to exhibit the issue more frequently. When in for service, we asked that they look at the problem. All of us thought it would be a quick diagnosis, but as time went on, the technicians found the problem quite vexing, so Autohaus gave us a car to drive and kept the car. They kept us informed, and did quite a lot of analysis, they did not want to just say it was the tire if they didn't have a smoking gun it was the tire, but the tire, wheel, and valve all passed static tests just fine. Eventually they ended up putting the car on a lift while sitting on it's wheels and working the wheel in question till they found that if the wheel was in a very specific position then a short micro crack revealed itself in the tire wall. They ordered in the proper tire, and we got it fixed. We were very impressed at their determination to figure out precisely what the problem was and not just to the Texaco 101 trade out a part and if the owner brings it back then that wasn't the problem. More

Chris always goes above and beyond for service I bought my BMW in 2014 and have always taken it to Autohaus for service. They're always fast and efficient. I typically work with Chris C. in service, and he makes it a great experience every time. I am very particular about my car, and Chris gets it. One time he even personally went to my car after it was serviced and did extra cleaning on my seat to make sure it was done right. He's smart and understands what's going on with my car every time. He's also very responsive, and returns my car to me when promised, whether I wait, or get a loaner vehicle. I would absolutely recommend getting your BMW serviced at this location, and if possible, work with Chris C. More
