Great service Took my car in for oil service, and the experience was perfect as usual. Even though I was working with a new service writer, Amanda, she was great a Took my car in for oil service, and the experience was perfect as usual. Even though I was working with a new service writer, Amanda, she was great and you wouldn't know she hadn't been there for years. She had everything in order when I arrived, so it was quick to drop off my car and pick up the loaner. Also, not sure who it was, but kudos to the person that washed my car while it was in the shop. I appreciated you cleaning off the road oil - I was assuming I'd have to do that myself. :) More

As a female buying cars on my own, I had been treated horribly by (non BMW) dealerships prior to finding Brett at Autohaus. I am always treated with utmost respect and do not have to deal with high pressure sales tactics. Despite buying Pre-Owned Brett still makes me feel as important as someone buying a brand new car worth double the price. When I knew I needed a 'new' car, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and Brett was very patient with me. I finally came in to see him with a list of cars that I wanted to drive and the first one that he picked for me is the one that I ended up buying, he knew what was right for me before I even knew it myself. Brett was super easy to communicate with throughout the entire process, I literally sealed the deal over text message! Even after the sale Brett has been great with follow up and very helpful along the way. Happy bmw owner I brought my bmw in for service and thought I was going to have to wait at the dealership.
