Wonderful Car Buying Experience! We had a great car buying experience with Karen at Autohaus. We were looking for a pre-owned BMW X3 Diesel, and did a nation-wide search for this part We had a great car buying experience with Karen at Autohaus. We were looking for a pre-owned BMW X3 Diesel, and did a nation-wide search for this particular car. We found one we liked at Autohaus, and Karen and the rest of the Autohaus team were SO accommodating to us as out of state buyers. They worked so hard to get the car within our budget, and we really appreciated their willingness to work with us. We drove from Tennessee to pick up the car, and the Autohaus team was able to have the car ready within 24 hours of us calling them. They handled most of the paperwork before we arrived, and we were only at the dealership for about 2 hours, start to finish. As parents of an infant with a long drive home ahead of us, we really appreciated how accommodating the whole team was. We have dealt with other BMW dealerships that are downright snobbish and act like they are doing you a favor to sell you a car. Autohaus was down to earth, friendly, and acted like they really wanted our business. We would make the 5 hour drive to St. Louis all over again to deal with Karen and her team! Highly recommend! Worried that it'd take forever because I thought she might be a newbie, I decided to go to her. Well I must say that I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome. She introduced herself, sat me down and proceeded to take care of me like a pro. She was very pleasant and professional. Got my car in for the service that same day. That was awesome. Needless to say I was quite the happy camper. She has a great personality. I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with her. She truly made my day!!! More

I am not very mechanically inclined and am always apprehensive about bringing my car anywhere for service because I dont wish to be taken advantage of, but I was completely put at ease by an employee named Ethan. He was incredibly helpful and very honest. He listened to my poor description of the issue and walked me through the next steps, being careful to make sure I understood everything. At no time did the experience ever feel disingenuous (which I've felt at other establishments) and Ethan was sincere and helpful throughout the visit. I will gladly come to Autohaus again simply based on my experience with this young man! Thank you Ethan, for making a trip which normally causes me dread one instead filled with excellent service and a genuinely pleasant customer experience! More
