Chris is responsive to my needs and cognizant of my time as I don't want to have to come back if any issues could have been resolved when my vehicle is there. Chris has excellent communication skills when notifying me of what needs to be done and potentially can wait. His follow up is also excellent and he keeps me informed when my car is in for service. Luckily, there's Autohaus, which is my go-to for all my work, including scheduled maintenance and unexpected repairs (my wife hit the curb and popped a tire). I appreciate knowing up front how long it will take and what it will cost me. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. More
