Wonderful experience start to finish My car was effected by the airbag recall. I booked an appointment online, but I did not know an airbag needed to get ordered beforehand. Mike Crader was able to shift a few airbags around so my airbag could get changed while other service was being performed on my car. This flexibility helped reduce my trips to Autohuas. I am always treated with utmost respect and do not have to deal with high pressure sales tactics. Despite buying Pre-Owned Brett still makes me feel as important as someone buying a brand new car worth double the price. When I knew I needed a 'new' car, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and Brett was very patient with me. I finally came in to see him with a list of cars that I wanted to drive and the first one that he picked for me is the one that I ended up buying, he knew what was right for me before I even knew it myself. She had everything in order when I arrived, so it was quick to drop off my car and pick up the loaner. Also, not sure who it was, but kudos to the person that washed my car while it was in the shop. I appreciated you cleaning off the road oil - I was assuming I'd have to do that myself. :) More
