Great Customer Support with Greg Issitt I recently went into the BMW Autohaus store to replace my wiper blades for my 2011 5 series. Long story made short the process to replace seemed to be easy from the owners manual and from the BMW corporate site. I even went onto YouTube to get my blades into the vertical position to replace but I just could not get the car to cooperate. Very frustrating. I drove in during my lunch hour and asked Greg for advice. He could have easily not gone the extra yard to help but instead he did! He not only diagnosed and investigated the problem, he actually helped me replace the inserts right at his desk. He was the total professional, never got frustrated with me or upset and made me feel appreciated as a BMW costumer. Yes something small things can go a long way. Easy and Smooth Transaction I was recently in the market for a used BMW and test drove 2 before stopping at Autohaus. What a difference from going from a dealer that does not deal in these cars to stopping at Autohaus. I went in and was not once pressured into buying. When I got there I talked with Brett Midgley and explained to him what I was looking for and wanted. He went and got me the key to one he thought I would like, took a photo of my license and sent me on my way. He said to take it for as long as I needed. I was back within 15 minutes and after Brett answering a few questions, I was out the door with my new car within the hour. I can honestly say that Brett has earned himself a new customer on the next car I purchase from them. More
