Positive and friendly experience I took my BMW X3 in for service. I was given a time which was convenient for me to meet with Mike Crader, my service representative. Mike had me sit I took my BMW X3 in for service. I was given a time which was convenient for me to meet with Mike Crader, my service representative. Mike had me sit at his desk and reviewed the recommendations for service my vehicle needed at the time. He discussed the cost of each and helped us separate out what was essential at the time and what did not need to be done right away to help with expense. The car was ready the following morning and we had it back within less than 24 hours. Mike Crader was great - he had a good sense of humor and was very friendly and helpful. Autohaus BMW has been great throughout our BMW ownership experience! More

Great Service! I thought I needed to get a new tire because of the noise my car was making, but Chris thought it might be something else- although I was pretty sure I thought I needed to get a new tire because of the noise my car was making, but Chris thought it might be something else- although I was pretty sure it was the tire.
