Chris Clem is the service advisor I had dealt with in the past so when I made my call he knew exactly what the problem was and took my car in for the needed repair. Car returned fixed and clean. Less than 24 hours later another broken item on my car (unrelated to the first). Again Chris was able to immediately diagnose the problem and had my car fixed in short order. Great knowledge of BMWs and so pleasant to work with. He really does go above and beyond! More

Good customer service, ease of making appointment I was disappointed to have to get new front brake service costing almost $1,000 when my car was about 1 week and 1,000 miles out of warranty, but that I was disappointed to have to get new front brake service costing almost $1,000 when my car was about 1 week and 1,000 miles out of warranty, but that's not an issue that Autohaus has any control over. Mike was professional and friendly, and before I left with my loaner car, he had pulled up the likely two prices for my service, with the variable of whether rotors were needed. I appreciated the specifics of his estimates via the search values in the computer, not just a shoot from the hip guess. I certainly see value in having dealerships make repairs, but the price point was 25% higher than other quotes I received from reputable shops in the area who also use BMW certified parts. I'd like to see Autohaus close that gap a little, recognizing that they have overhead and other obligations that smaller repair places don't have. More
