Chris immediately opened a ticket, got me a loaner and put the car in service to determine the extent of the problem. By the end of the afternoon i need three tire and a new rim. Chris had parts and warranty involved and solution was outlined in less than 4 hours. It took a week to repair but that was shipping time. My car is perfect! Chris and the team actually solved the root issue and prevented further issues from happening. More
