I was swamped at work and told him I did not have time to come down and talk to him. He gave me all the details over the phone about the car and answered all my questions. I told him my wife would stop by and look at the car, I also told him that she could do deal if she decided. My wife went down to see the car and took our trade for them to look at. Mr. Bauer called with the values and we inked the deal. He listened to what I had to say and treated my wife with respect. We picked up our ne X5 Friday night. Mr. Bauer is a true "PROFFESIONAL".
