Brett is a consummate professional I custom-ordered my first BMW with Brett back in 2007 and he was extremely helpful all through the process, from inception to delivery and afterwards I custom-ordered my first BMW with Brett back in 2007 and he was extremely helpful all through the process, from inception to delivery and afterwards during the ownership period. Fast-forward to 2015 and he's just the same. I've just ordered my second BMW with Brett and he's put up with all my questions and delays with his typical easy-going and low pressure nature. Brett gives sound advice, while letting you as the buyer make your own decisions. I don't know how long Brett has been with Autohaus in total but it's been at least 8 years, and I recognize many of the same faces now that were there during my previous purchase as well. These long tenures are noticed and appreciated by customers like myself. It allows them to give a more personalized experience and develop relationships with customers. I would (and have) recommend Brett and Autohaus to friends and family who are "in the market" for a BMW. More
