Responded to privately on 6/23/20: Thank you for your report Randall. You are correct, we are very strict with this policy. It is difficult however, to watch and enforce every person to wear a mask for 11 hours a day and sometimes they still need gentle reminding and encouragement. As for enforcing customers to all wear a mask, well, that is a challenge all in itself, but we try and on most days we have 100% compliance. We also have extra masks available for employees and customers who didn't bring one. As a result of your complaint we have reprimanded the employee and will continue to remind all of our employees to be diligent and help each other to remember to practice social distancing, hand washing, sanitizing vehicles and surfaces, and wearing their mask when interacting with customers or each other. Thank you for letting us know.
