Annual Service I scheduled my service appointment online, and even received email confirmation. However, when I arrived, my appointment was not listed on the schedule. Chris was un-phased by my “interruption” to the schedule. He quickly took my car in, and got me out the door with a loaner. He always provides timely updates on repairs, timelines, and reminds me of ongoing promotions. This time, he reminded me there was a coupon for $25 off an oil change on the website. My family has purchased two BMW’s from Autohaus, and Chris always makes sure all our service visits run smoothly. More
