Very good on wait time for sevice ,haven’t had any problems out my recall but I did ask if you autohaus bmw could reset my computer cause my brake light was on & can use my onboard computer in car & problems out my recall but I did ask if you autohaus bmw could reset my computer cause my brake light was on & can use my onboard computer in car & nobody even looked at it ,never got done never said anything about it so it would of been a five star but not saying anything about my problem was very unsatisfactory &light is still on !! Efficient I’m always happy with autohaus. The service is good, friendly and relatively quick. They washed my car even though I was there to have recalls taken c I’m always happy with autohaus. The one thing and I didn’t have the energy to go back after getting my car, since picking up the left turn signal now flashes super fast. It’s more annoying than anything else. Genuinely happy for your business I took my 2012 535xi in for an unscheduled emergency service (water pump had failed and the engine shut down to avoid overheating) and they were happy I took my 2012 535xi in for an unscheduled emergency service (water pump had failed and the engine shut down to avoid overheating) and they were happy to accommodate me with a loaner car. They ended up finding and resolving some other maintenance items but were always pleasant, communicative and pragmatic. They made it clear that they were grateful for my business and I plan to return in the future. More
