Unscheduled Maintenance Brought in auto to have 'Service Engine Soon' lamp troubleshot. Mike Crader provided me a loaner vehicle and kept me updated by phone on the methodic Brought in auto to have 'Service Engine Soon' lamp troubleshot. Mike Crader provided me a loaner vehicle and kept me updated by phone on the methodical troubleshooting results as his technicians discovered first electrical sensor errors as well as a dangerous headcover oil seal leak. Further investigation identified an additional oil leak on the front water pump housing. After confirming with me on work I wanted performed. All faults were repaired efficiently and quickly. Mike has been my go-to-guy at Autohaus since I have owned my 525i. I attribute the longevity of safe, efficient running of my vehicle for over 266,000 miles to Mikes attention to detail and professional management.
