We purchased a CPO GLC350e recently and had a great experience with the sales team. My initial estimate was for almost $10K. We were in no way going to put that kind of money into the car. We declined some of the service and Autohaus comped us on one of the others. Got a beautiful '22 loaner for the duration so I really didn't care how long they had my car. My service writer ended up being on vacation that week so my car appeared to be forgotten about. It took 9 days, but I think if I hadn't had shown up no one would have realized it. Sometimes there would be no communication for days on end. They wouldn't call. They would e-mail. Again, I was fine in a brand new car. The lack of communication is just a bit unusual. More

I had a pretty bad experience. I went in to get my windshield wipers diagnosed. With the new SAM installed, about a dozen rear lights stopped working. No problem, I figure I can ju I went in to get my windshield wipers diagnosed. With the new SAM installed, about a dozen rear lights stopped working. No problem, I figure I can just return and they'll take care of it. On the visit, they diagnosed the light issue and stated that I need new light bulbs and that there was some repair kit was designed by MB for known corrosion issues. After going home, I checked the light bulbs with a multimeter and the wiring to see if there was voltage. THERE WAS NO VOLTAGE ON THE LINES and NONE OF THE BULBS WERE BURNED. Going back, they blamed everything but themselves: it's an old car, there was dried windshield washing fluid they saw, the fact that the other lights weren't replaced caused this, etc. I insisted their original diagnosis was wrong and only then did they look at it a second time. After determining that the new rear SAM that was just replaced with the original windshield wiper diagnosis, they said: "It looks like we were both right". They didn't even apologize. People make mistakes, it's how they handle mistakes what differentiates businesses. More
