This was my first experience with Autohaus on Edens Service. Overall, I would say the experience was solid and I would return. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because my estimated time to completion was missed because the dealership was so busy. While that piece is understandable, I was not notified that I would be without my vehicle one additional night until I called/texted the dealership at the end of the day (5:30p) to pick up my car. However, Ken agreed there was a lack of communication and addressed it by compensating me with a light discount on my purchased products and services. I liked Ken and would work with him again. The services performed were top notch and the car is running perfectly - as expected by taking the car to a Mercedes dealership. In sum, the experience was a very good one but could have been excellent had communication been more fluid. More
The staff was courteous and helpful but the diagnostics needs some improvement. They could not replicate symptoms but did not accept my photo proof of issue. Simple 10,000 mile checkup It seemed simple but communication was not good, leading to frustration. The maintenance was projected to take 1 hour. I elected not to ask for a loa It seemed simple but communication was not good, leading to frustration. The maintenance was projected to take 1 hour. I elected not to ask for a loaner and not to wait in the waiting room, and arranged for someone to pick me up. Agreed that I'd pick up at 5 PM. I received no notice that the car was ready so I called. after some delay I was told they would call back. Never received the call so we drove over to pick up the car. I was told it wasn't ready and it would be ready the NEXT DAY. Shocked because it was a 1 hr maintenance job and I had an 8:30 AM appointment, I asked why? I was told they had gotten backed up, and didn't I receive a text? We received a text with the manager's name and address and nothing else at ~5:00 PM, like that justified everything. Upset I left and was told my car would be ready by Noon. On the bright side I we received a call saying they would deliver my car to me at home before noon. This was achieved and I appreciated that I did not have to drive back to the shop. So, I would recommend the shop for maintenance, but with some resevations. Cost for a minor checkup was quite expensive as well. Len Rago More

Never met the manager. Running short on pretty much everything including mats and key chains etc. MB program wasn’t on line. Now has to make another trip to the dealership to take care of these issues. everything including mats and key chains etc. MB program wasn’t on line.
