Courteous and Friendly staff It was my first experience with Autohaus on Edens. Took my car in for a service campaign. The car was returned within a day and the dealer was kind en It was my first experience with Autohaus on Edens. Took my car in for a service campaign. There was one little hiccup with the service in that when i received the car back later that day, it displayed a check engine light. No biggie. I emailed Eddie G. and his response time was swift and reassuring that all I had to do was bring the car back and they would take care of it. After taking the car back I was in and out in a matter of minutes with no issues. More

The person I bought the car from Nick Maniatis, actually e-mailed me afterward to make sure things went well. After I bought my car last year, I felt so comfortable with the dealer I encouraged my sister to buy her car there as well. When I got my car back yesterday, it was so clean. There was actually plastic on the steering wheel. I felt that they were looking out for my safety during this Covid-19 pandemic. I was really impressed and certainly not expecting the car to be SO clean. I really like this dealership. My sister bought her previous Mercedes from another local dealer and the way we are treated at Autohaus is like night and day. I had some issues with my car after I bought it and Prem and Nick took care of things for me, I did not even mind for a minute I had an issue. I guess it is obvious I am quite happy here and would not consider going to another Mercedes dealer or actually to another brand than Mercedes. More
