Stop recommending services I don't need. Telling me to replace my battery when I replaced it myself 2 months prior is a red flag. The other mechanic cleaned up the "leak", tightened a couple bolts and confirmed no problem... didn't charge me and saved me $1500. More

The scheduled service was performed without problems and the loaner was provided very efficiently. Because it's Mercedes I prefer to get my car serviced here. However, they need to be more accurate in when the car will be ready. Twice in the last 4 times, this car was promised by an afternoon only to here. However, they need to be more accurate in when the car will be ready.
