Terrible, terrible and terrible. On Wednesday 10/6/2021, I received an advertisement stating that they can change oil within 60 minutes with a coupon. Thus, I made the appointment and I dropped off my car I received an advertisement stating that they can change oil within 60 minutes with a coupon. Thus, I made the appointment and I dropped off my car at 9 am on Thursday 10/7/2021 accordingly for Service A. I also informed the serviceman that there is a minor noise from the back and needs to be checked. He suggested that we don't need to do it because it will cost me $198 which I accepted. He also suggested that I do four more things including replacing engine air filter, drain break fluid, perform cooling service, and replace wiper which I also agreed. The estimated total cost was $921.36. However, the job was not done at 4:31 pm on Friday. Instead, I got the message at 4:31 pm stating that I need to fix five more items immediately with additional cost of $3,040. In addition, there are five more items need to be done with additional cost of $1,997. I went there simply for an oil change. The regular price is $226. However, I was asked to do a big job with a price tag of $5,858. What a robbery!!! Plus, the noise is getting nosier now. I simply don't know what they did with the car after I refused to accept those services. BTW, I never received the coupon discount either. More

This was the most frustrating auto service experience I’ve ever had. I purchased my GLC 300 in June. The latch by the driver seat that opens the rear hatch was defective when I got the car. I brought the car back and was told that they would order the part and call me in a few days. No call, no action. When I checked back, no one knew anything about it. They eventually told me that the part had been sent back. They said they would reorder it. Again, I waited for the call but heard nothing from the service department. Several phone calls later and I finally had an appointment to get my car repaired (nearly 3 long months after I initially visited the service department for my repair). When I brought it in, the woman who greeted me was friendly and professional. She found my name on her computer and brought me over to a service rep. This rep saw that I had an appointment, but had no idea what I had come in for. He eventually checked things out and informed me that the necessary part had been sent back (again!). I left the car with him and when the part came in, they fixed my car. My husband and I have owned Audi’s for years. This is my first Mercedes and I was extremely disappointed with my service experience. I would recommend studying the service department at the Audi Exchange to see how a first-rate service department operates. Next time I need service, I’ll try a different Mercedes dealership (in Lake Bluff) and see if it’s any better. This experience has soured me on the entire Mercedes brand.
