What should have been a quick tire replacement ended up being an almost 3 hour wait! Brought my car in after waiting 3 hours for Mercedes Roadside assistance to tow my car to Autohaus. Upon arrival, I was instructed to wait in the waiting room. I waited for over 1.5 hours without any update. Then, I was told it would take 45 minutes for the service to be completed. That ended up taking another hour and 20 mins! More
Poor communication and lack of attention to customer satisfaction. Vehicle was not properly cleaned after windshield installation. Glue drops were left on the dashboard and the shield itself was not c satisfaction. Vehicle was not properly cleaned after windshield installation. The Geico insurance claim was not handled and I am still waiting for reimbursement and follow up call from the dealership on the status of the claim. More
My car maintenance and repairs were taken care of to my satisfaction. However, a little more attention to detail could have been shown. My trunk was not vacuumed although requested. It’s been such a pleasure servicing my vehicle at Autohaus. Ken used to be my service advisor who was wonderful, but since he got promoted I’ve been working with Terry. My car (S-class) was in service for 3 days. I asked few times to fix my keyless entry because it's not working properly. But it was not done anyway. They never washed my car saying that car wash doesn't wo times to fix my keyless entry because it's not working properly. But it was not done anyway.
