Service was great, and Tom Lood is awesome! got a flat tire and brought my car in without an appointment. They were able to take my car immediately and get the repair done quickly, as well as an unplanned tire and brought my car in without an appointment. Nick was great. I think he thought this issue was turned over to service but there was a disconnect. I didn't understand why the software needed to be updated less than 2 weeks after we picked up the car or over to service but there was a disconnect. I didn't understand why the software needed to be updated less than 2 weeks after we picked up the car or why we had to spend time to drive the car to the dealer and then pick it up, involving both my wife and myself. Ideally, under these circumstances, the dealer would have picked up the car from our house and then dropped it off. That was never offered. The service manager also was weak on follow up and didn't seem to know why we were calling. More
