Lots of free time but too busy to help. I went to the dealership to have a few recalls addressed. I’m a single mom with a toddler and when I dropped off the car and picked it up the porters I went to the dealership to have a few recalls addressed. I’m a single mom with a toddler and when I dropped off the car and picked it up the porters stood around and watched me struggle to transfer the car seat to the loaner then back again. When I was returning the car, while I was struggling with the seat my daughter took off and was running around the busy garage. I was afraid she’d get hit. The gossiping porters couldn’t be bothered to help. Solid “C-“ service. More

Who you gonna call? Always ready and best! For 20 years I purchased and had my cars serviced here. I moved away but recently was back in the area for business. I had just had my GLE services For 20 years I purchased and had my cars serviced here. I moved away but recently was back in the area for business. I had just had my GLE services in Virginia and MB (another good experience) and had been told I had enough tread on my tires till my next service. Well with impending snow (and I had stopped in to see the new CLS AMG 53). I dropped by service (late afternoon) to see if they could put 4 new tires on that day before the snow. Not only could they fit me in but the service advisor reviewed the options for tires (4 different brands and prices) and made a recommendation that was a fair price. A few hours later I picked up my car and like always and not so long ago was pleased by the work and service. 11 cars purchased here and the service is a big reason to buy and go here. Thanks. More
