He always takes time to explain what is being done to the car and is fair in recommending what things should be done right away and what can wait until the next service visit. I have 2 MB that I bought at this dealership. My oldest is 8 years old and is great to have the consistency of having someone like Ed through all these years. More

B service and paint of the front bumper area of my car Ernie's service is awesome and his assistant is very polite and fast efficient. The car was cleaned very nice and smell great. The only issue I am not happy is the courtesy car tire issue. Upon returning the vehicle, I was informed there was a hole in the tire. I could not collect my memory that I hit any pot hole or hit curb or anything. When I first took the courtesy vehicle, the assistant showed me there was some scratches on the rim of the tire. I took a quick look and signed the paperwork without further inspection. I suspect the tire might be already damaged when some one scratched the rim. But I paid $340 something they charged me for the tire damage. I truly believe it was not from me. But I paid it without further dispute More
