I was told a part was missing from the front wheel brake system and I had to pay. Since the car was 2023 I asked them to have it replaced under warranty. Technicians treat your vehicle as if it's theirs and it comes back cleaner than when dropped off (5 stars). The loaner vehicle process is very intimidating and overwhelming with the whole video walk-around process (3.5 stars). Car wash when open the porters do an amazing full service wash job (5 stars). Yes I would recommend Autohaus to a friend on their next Benz purchase. Down side. Lots of "Autohaus on Edens needs your feedback" surveys sent out (sales not service), 9 in 5 months (2.5 stars). THIS carries the most weight and the SADDEST part with me spending close to 6 figures. We HAVEN'T received a single "thank you for your purchase" (0 stars). In someone's free time putting together a hand signed generic letter shoved into an Autohaus envelope with a stamp or even an impersonal cold email but NOTHING. It makes the customer feel appreciated. This is why my overall final star rating would be 3.75 but it wouldn't stop me from purchasing again from Autohaus. More
