While polite and kind, after taking the time to schedule service, it was readily apparent that my vehicle did not even register on the priority list. Taking days to perform the work on my vehicle is underst service, it was readily apparent that my vehicle did not even register on the priority list. Taking days to perform the work on my vehicle is understandable, however not when it is scheduled. If work cannot begin for several days, fine, I’ll bring it back when work can be performed. But going days without a car is challenging. The sad part is in the end I had to come and collect my vehicle without the work being finished because I couldn’t be without a car. The good thing is this was my junker and when I add to my collection, it certainly will not be from Autohaus. More

Dealership is fine but Mercedes Me emergency service is so bad that its forcing me to look at the Porches after buying Mercedes since 1989.
