There service person Tom was cordial and respectful. The dealership was through informing me of what my wife's car had issues with. This helped me in forming a budget to address the issues. Car would not start. Towed it in They charged $800. I got in the car, and it still would not start -they did not fix the problem Then wanted another $1,500 to "proba Towed it in They charged $800. Also wanted another $4,000 to repair minor oil leaks and stuff that would not, in my mind, be pertinent. Thought I would look at trading this car in. Autohaus appraised it at $2,700. Carmax offered me $8,500. To be polite, although this car was purchased there, Autohaus lost this customer More
