Although people there are friendly, they do not contact you right away when the parts ordered arrive at the dealership. This time, I had to call them and be on hold for at least 10 minutes for them to fin you right away when the parts ordered arrive at the dealership. This time, I had to call them and be on hold for at least 10 minutes for them to find out that my tire was there. And even though I indicated via text message that I just wanted the tire replacement (which takes one hour for the job), the person who handled my case when I got there, said it would take 3 to 4 hours believing that wheel alignment is also going to be done. I had to remind him that it's only tire replacement. Even worse, they ordered some part to fix my skipping wiper several months ago, but they never contacted me. I was busy and could not call them right away, and ended up calling them a months later only to find out that the part was there a month ago. More
