AVONDALE TOYOTA NOTHING BUT THE BEST I just purchased my 2nd vehicle at Avondale Toyota. Why? It is because from October of 2012 to present day I have never had a bad experience there. Pl I just purchased my 2nd vehicle at Avondale Toyota. Why? It is because from October of 2012 to present day I have never had a bad experience there. Please understand, I live 2 hours away and drove there each time my 2013 Corolla needed service. Avondale Toyota was recommended to me by a satisfied customer and now it is my turn. In today's world where it seems customer service has gone out of style; it is truly a pleasure to walk into a large business and feel welcomed and important. The customer truly matters to all the employees at Avondale Toyota. . From Kayla-the sweet young greeter at the front door to Elgin Castro who is the nicest, most professional and straight up honest salesman I have ever met; to his boss, Kamal who was very very kind to us; AND to all the service employees=especially Aaron Branch. (I think he's been promoted but still makes the effort to find and greet me and wish me well). Like I said, NOTHING BUT THE BEST FROM THE FRONT DOOR TO THE BACK. That is why I just purchased my 2nd veh there. I will always go back to Avondale. It's worth the drive to get that kind of service and kindness! More

Customer for life I was referred to Elgin by a co-worker of mine. He stated that he just purchased a vehicle from Elgin and had bought many cars from him. I spoke with I was referred to Elgin by a co-worker of mine. He stated that he just purchased a vehicle from Elgin and had bought many cars from him. I spoke with Elgin on the phone and gave him the details of the vehicle we needed. He waited in till he had the correct vehicle. Then he contacted me and we went and looked at the truck. The truck was everything that I line up to him. We test drove it and decided to purchase the truck. The truck had a few minor body issues. With it being a used vehicle it wasn't anything that I anticipated, Elgin handling. But he said he would in his body shop and it would be about a week to repair. During this time my coworker that I purchase a vehicle from Elgin had issues. His vehicle was towed into the dealership. Elgin hit my co-workers problems head-on and even though it was a used vehicle that my coworker purchase and not even the same make that they sell there they fix all the mechanical problems with this vehicle even though it was a used vehicle and possible engine damage from debris in the road. That more than sealed the deal for me. Elgin is a total professional and when he does and we will be back there for all of our vehicle needs thanks again Elgin really appreciate it More
