I had checked several dealerships prior to this and no one had the color, or they didn't have the car model I wanted, or they were too pushy, or they would not make accomodations. Our sales person was Jesse Landeros. The process was painless, quick, pleasant, and they WORKED with us, unlike many of the other dealerships. I will never go anywhere else! I have a Toyota owner of over 7 years and I finally upgraded to a Scion. We went to several different places and no one would budge on the price or make any effort to please us. He was AMAZING! This review is 100% true and I honestly would recommend this place to anyone. We shopped 4 other dealerships before we finally were about to give up and found Jesse. We called at first and he was very friendly and cut to the chase, and got us right in. We hated dealing with anyone else, especially the Peoria Toyota location (they are mean and rude there). So I wanted to give a shout out to this dealership. They had vehicles no other place did, they were not pushy or disrespectful and WE LOVED THIS! Our family will NEVER go any where else! They have lifelong customers from my family and I. Thank you Jesse for everything you did. He went above and beyond to get me approved. He called as early in the morning kept in touch all day, informing me of everything he was doing, contacting different banks, got me more for my trade in, he did not rested until I got approved. The whole sale went by smoothly and I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours. 2 hours may seems like a lot to some, however, I've been with my parents when they purchased at a different dealership and the process was much longer with the service being very confusing with the price of the car, the loan, and the customer service wasn't top notch. Mirabel had the specific vehicle with the options I was looking for and sent me pictures before my arrival. Once at the dealership, it was a calming experience with no stress placed upon me. The finalization of the deal and walking to the new make ready area to ensure the car was ready for me was a great customer service.
