I had the pleasure of dealing with Josh Luna at the Santa Maria BMW. I was very disappointed when Josh left the dealership and did not know he was at the SLO BMW. When I have needed to take my car in for Maria BMW. I was very disappointed when Josh left the dealership and did not know he was at the SLO BMW. When I have needed to take my car in for service in SM, I always left frustrated due to the poor customer service they offer and they claim to always be short staffed. Had I known Josh was in SLO I would have brought my car to him and would have avoided a lot of frustration. I cannot say enough about the service that Josh & Tony provided me. I don't recall every receiving such excellent service. I would like to thank Josh & Tony for your professionalism, care & concern to your customers, patience and the outstanding customer you provide. Thank you both for making my experience a pleasurable one, I really appreciate it!!! Thank you Tony for the great message you sent me, I will certainly recommend SLO BMW to my friends and family.
