Steven was friendly and not pushy. I just brought my car in for a wash and he said why not do your maintenance also. Since my husband had followed me over I said yes. Rodger is hands down the best person I’ve ever worked with at Coast Bmw. They delivered my new car to be when I wasn't able to pick it up after being sick (hospital sick) for 15 days. SO very much appreciated. We even had a nice visit with Kevin when he arrived.
