Very high turnover rate. I’ve had 8 different “M” vehicles over 25 years, and very seldom the same service writer. I’ve been sold maintenance packages I clearly didn’t nee I’ve had 8 different “M” vehicles over 25 years, and very seldom the same service writer. I try to drive 120 miles to Santa Barbara for better service, rather than 30 miles to SLO. This dealership has a terrible reputation with the 1300 employees at my local San Luis Obispo company. More
