Richard is the only reason I would return to have my car serviced at SLO BMW. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and very service oriented. Ultimately, his efforts allowed BMW of SLO to leverage a BMW warranty I was previously unaware of - saving me several hundreds of dollars and bringing my vehicle back to the vigirous life it was engineered to live. Connor did a great job of providing service for our car today. When we arrived, Connor said our car would be ready in 2 to 2 1/2 hours. When we explained we were waiting since the person who took our app today. When we arrived, Connor said our car would be ready in 2 to 2 1/2 hours. When we explained we were waiting since the person who took our appointment had mentioned it would only take about 1 hour, Connor said he would see what he could do to speed up our service. Our car was ready in just over 1 hour! This was our first time to SLO BMW and we will definitely come back for our future service needs. More
