Bought a brand new +$100K BMW from these guys, only to be ripped off with extras I don’t want. They don’t reply to emails, they don’t call back, always having some lame excuses and ‘tomorrow’ promises. BUYER ripped off with extras I don’t want. Absolutely amazing service today. We retired here 9 years ago and had a few bad experiences taking my 535 in for service.
