He easily established rapport and was genuine and authentic with his interactions both during and after the purchase. I truly appreciated the little details, including the celebration when I drove the car off the lot it was very special. I sent the video to a couple of my friends and they were blown away that the staff would go to that length to celebrate a car purchase. I very much appreciate his continuing to follow up to make sure everything is OK with the car. I have been back twice since I bought the car and I feel very welcomed by all of the staff when I came in now. I will highly recommend this dealer especially Scott to friends and family .
