Eric was a pleasure to work with and the experience was terrific. We did have to wait for a very long time for the car to be delivered (was built and sitting in port for a couple of months waiting for tra terrific. The dealership was good regarding scheduling , check in and service. My only complaint… and it’s not a small one is the availability of a loaner at time of service. This was an emergency visit as the dashboard of our 2025 ix went out. Since my wife and both work it was extremely inconvenient without a loaner. These high end dealerships should have more loaners available for emergency visits and not for just scheduled routine maintenance visits which can be done weeks in advance. Service and convenience is a big part after you purchase one of these vehicles. Perhaps I should look for a larger BMW dealership that has more available loaners. More
