We drove across state lines because - it’s is the Best dealership ever. Our lease ended, we returned the vehicles and we walk out with new car. Habib (salesman) and Mike (finance) were both amazing and made everything possible to make sure we ended up with a car and deal we wanted. We ordered a new car on August 1, and it was built and ready for delivery by August 26. Five stars: welcoming, truly professional, customer centered (not just written somewhere but in actuality), best attitude - we didn’t feel ignored our anyone playing superior silly games like other BMW dealers in state. Just awesome all around. Other BMW dealers in DMV area (and BMW headquarters) could learn something from these guys! We will be back soon for another vehicle. More
Amazing customer service all around. From the moment you walk in, everyone is extremely friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. Alp has been our go to salesperson for years. He isn’t pushy and will spend as much time with you as you’d like or need. Every touch point is handled with care and you can tell they value their customers. Top notch dealership. More

This dealership is the absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The sales person and her manager were arrogant and rude, customer service is awful but the worst is the financial department . I pai ever dealt with. The sales person and her manager were arrogant and rude, customer service is awful but the worst is the financial department . I paid cash for my car so they sold me (stupid of me) several extended warranties which I canceled within days. This was in May. It is now almost September . They will neither return phone calls nor e-mails. I have been in person twice and waited one of the times for 2 hours for the financial guy . I still haven’t gotten a penny back and am hiring an attorney because I just can’t deal with them anymore. More
The above question needs a maybe, not simply yes or no. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and answered my questions. Nonetheless I had a lot of frustration after I left the dealership and got home Everyone at the dealership was friendly and answered my questions. Nonetheless I had a lot of frustration after I left the dealership and got home. One big problem was that although this is my fifth BMW, it is very different and far more complicated than the first four, and I had no idea of which questions to ask. To start with, I was given two keys to the vehicle, one of which did not work. I discovered this when I got home and could not stop the engine or lock the car. I checked the owner's manual and confirmed I was pressing the right button. I then called the dealership and was told to try the other key. To my great relief it did work. Farah brought me a new key and programed it at my house in Bethesda. He saved me another trip to Alexandria, which I appreciate. However, when I took the X5 to get a Maryland inspection it could not be done because someone did not leave in the car the device to unlock the wheels. So I had to drive back to Alexandria to get it. Until Farah brought me the new key and showed me more about the vehicle I did not know how to turn on the radio, or to use the little wheel that brings up the apps and programs. I also was not shown how to charge the battery. I went to Electrify America and discovered that the connections did not fit my vehicle. I subsequently learned on my own that I cannot use a fast charger on a hybrid vehicle. I could go on, but the picture is clear. I simply wasn't checked out on the vehicle in an adequate manner. I have declined to provide a rating for Farah. I do not know whether the overall approach of the dealership is defective as opposed to his own approach. More
