Overall great experience! It's been 7.5 years since my last new car buying experience, on my previous purchase, I was in-out of the dealership in 45 mins wrapping up a de It's been 7.5 years since my last new car buying experience, on my previous purchase, I was in-out of the dealership in 45 mins wrapping up a deal - granted I did the whole deal over the phone. This time with BMW of Alexandria, I was at the dealership for 4.5 hours - granted that's from start to finish: test drive, negotiating, financing and then off I went with my new car. My salesman Andrii was the utmost respectful and informative - he explained the vehicle specs to me in detail, which was much appreciated, off I went on my test drive…upon my return I made a fair & competitive offer, we went back and forth about 3x, but I stayed firm on my offer. Finally, the new car manager [Kenchan] accepted, they even found me an incentive via NFCU [another plus…!]. At the last step of my purchase, I was introduced to Dustin who was courteous and direct - I explained to him that my cu was offering X% @ 84 months, he asked that if he was able to beat hat offer, it if I would go with their financing - sure enough he was able to beat it at the terms I felt comfortable. He went over all the offerings his dealership offers where I kindly declined and off I went home with my car. An overall great experience! More

I never write reviews unless they are positive, but I'm so disappointed with this dealership and the way they treat their customers that I decided to warn others. Once you purchase your car, they will disc so disappointed with this dealership and the way they treat their customers that I decided to warn others. Once you purchase your car, they will discard you. They act like they want to build a relationship, but they don't. They don't get back to you on any concerns and the managers are rude and condescending. I came in to ask a few questions related to my car service bill which was extremely high after owning the car for just a few months and I literally had to calm the manager down to get an answer. I understand some customers can be rude, but that's not the case here. I'm shocked by the way I was treated. DO NOT BUY, SELL, OR GET SERVICE at this location. I heard the same complaint from friends and family who purchased a vehicle or got service from this location, but I decided not to listen, bad move on my part. I'm so disappointed with this experience, the impression they gave me when I bought the car was not at all what happened immediately after I closed the deal. I will never go back to this dealership. Also, beware, the sales guys will keep emailing you and texting you until you give them a 5-star review on the BMW service app.; don't do it, wait to see what happens next. p.s. I do want to say that the car maintenance/service people are quite nice, but there's not much they can do for you beyond fixing what's on your invoice. Also, I've heard wonderful things about the dealership in Fairfax and will be trying them next. More
