Beware! My wife and I recently purchased a 2022 BMW 540i. From the initial day we purchased the car, there was an ongoing vibration coming from the steering My wife and I recently purchased a 2022 BMW 540i. From the initial day we purchased the car, there was an ongoing vibration coming from the steering wheel area and the wheels/tires did not feel stable when driving. During the sales process, our client advisor, Cynthia Vasquez, confirmed and promised that their service department had serviced the car prior to listing it for sale (which ended up being a complete lie). The day after we purchased, I immediately took the car to an experienced BMW repair shop in Chantilly (next to our home) and after troubleshooting the issue, they confirmed that all 4 wheels had damage, and needed to be repaired or replaced. Driving with bent and damaged wheels is extremely unsafe and could've easily caused us to get in an accident. We reached out to BMW of Alexandria and they promised to remediate the issues and fully resolve this matter, but sadly, they lied to us and the service advisor, Bella, told my wife they did not find any issues with the wheels and only agreed to change the two front tires. This is extremely unethical as the repair shop I took it to confirmed that all 4 wheels were bent in various areas and BMW of Alexandria refused to fix/replace them. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would stay away from this dealership and look for another BMW dealership in the area. There's a reason they're the lowest rated BMW dealership in the entire area, sadly, I wish we would've purchased from another BMW dealership that has operates in an honest and professional manner. Based on their unethical business practices and the fact that they deceived us, they should be shut down/fined. They're clearly operating in a fraudulent manner by deceiving customers this way. More
