Outstanding Customer service -Client advisor (Soni Avneet) We wanted to find out lease deals and made a short visit to the dealership. Our client advisor Soni asked us questions of how much time we had at hand We wanted to find out lease deals and made a short visit to the dealership. Our client advisor Soni asked us questions of how much time we had at hand and the price we were willing to spend and within that time, he searched for the best deal we could get. He found us the vehicle from a different dealership and negotiated a deal. We placed our deposit the same day. Soni also was always available to return our texts or emails on time and helped us navigate this process smoothly. We discovered that we had 2 more months lease on our current vehicle and asked Soni if he can help as we did not want to make both lease payments towards the current vehicle and the new BMW. Soni spoke to his management team and was able to meet us half way. Truly exceptional service. I would highly recommend Soni to my friends and family. More
