Great experience working with this dealership My son was using the Car Guru's website and found a car he was interested in on the lot at Bridgewater BMW. I live near Harrisburg, PA and have travel My son was using the Car Guru's website and found a car he was interested in on the lot at Bridgewater BMW. I live near Harrisburg, PA and have traveled out of state to purchase vehicles before. Some experiences have been good, but in more than one case I have been disappointed by the vehicle once I was able to see the vehicle in person. Photos didn't represent the vehicles well. Being that this was going to be an 2 1/2 hour drive, one way, to see this car I was a bit hesitant. I called the dealership on Friday evening and was connected to Manjula and explained my concerns about making a day long trip to find out the vehicle was less than represented by the photos posted on the site. She immediately offered to get me new photos and text them to me directly, which she did. We were doing no trade in, so essentially a cash sale. After reviewing the new photos I contacted Manjula again and flat out made her an offer that would get me to make the trip the next day, Saturday. After one more call we agreed on a price that would get me to make the trip. This happened within one hour of my first contact with Manjula. Manjula contacted me before 8:30AM the next morning to advise me that the agreed price had been accepted if I approved of the car once we arrived. She also suggested taking a $500, fully refundable, deposit on my credit card to hold the car so it couldn't possibly be sold before we arrived. The car had apparently been moved back into the showroom Friday night and was showroom clean. Manjula had the car removed from the showroom Saturday morning and it was on the lot when we arrived. The car is a 2016 BMW M235I XDrive with only 10,800 miles on it. We were more than pleasantly surprised. It is a Certified Preowned BMW and this car is absolutely pristine. Inside and out. Took it for a ride and without hesitation decided we definately wanted the car. Went through the painless BMW financing process and my son got a great interest rate on a used vehicle. They were able to transfer my PA plates from our previous vehicle and we paid PA sales tax, not NJ sales tax. This is an absolutley wonderful dealership. No pressure type of dealership, more of a family atmosphere it seems. Great inventory of new and used vehicles. This is exactly the way I imagine an out of state purchase being handled. So from the time I origionally contacted Manjula, within 24 hours the car was sitting in our driveway in PA. I just received the PA registration and we removed the NJ temp tag and replaced in with our transfered PA tag. That process only took 12 days. I would not hesitate to make this drive again as this was one of the most smooth car purchases I have ever made and would expect nothing less in a return visit the Bridgewater BMW. Keep up the great customer service. They do the BMW brand proud !! More

After I decided on a car, she searched the country to find what I wanted at another BMW dealership and had it delivered to the Bridgewater location. She is very nice and knows the product. She also was helpful in explaining to me the particulars of my new car, especially where they were divergent from my 2014 BMW. I would recommend her. More

Continuous poor service and do not stand behind their work Brought my car in smelling of gas. They fixed the leak, but the car continued to smell of gas. I brought it back for the service department to review and the service department told me their computers did not find a leak. So they returned my car telling me that I overfilled the tank. They insisted that their was not a leak because their computer system said their was no leak. The service department did not care about the dangerous gas smell and would not take ownership of the issue. They stand behind the computer system, but obviously a computer can't smell gas. More
