Sandy picked up the phone, listened and made me an immediate appointment. Manjula was a well skilled sales person who didn’t “sell” me and she didn’t have to. She listened to what I wanted, found it and then educated me on everything I needed to know. She even got me a good deal and worked in my best interest. I’m in sales so I recognize most sales “tactics” when they’re being used And not one was used. I’m so appreciative. Everyone in this dealership is a true professional. Justin the sales manger Help set my expectations on timing, Mark, a manger there as well was incredibly welcoming, Dave in finance put everything together easily and efficiently. When I went to pick up my car Danielle walked me though every detail of the car and gave me her cell in case I needed some quick help. I walked out of a different BMW dealership earlier that day bc of being treated terribly. Everyone at this dealership has bent over backwards to make me happy and get me in and out quickly. I can’t recommend them enough and if u need a BMW I wouldn’t go anywhere else or use any other sales team. Manjula is a rockstar along with the rest. More
