Excellent Customer Experience I love picking up a new car! However, I am one those people who hates buying cars, particularly when having to deal with pushy car salesmen and other I love picking up a new car! However, I am one those people who hates buying cars, particularly when having to deal with pushy car salesmen and other obnoxious dealer reps. However, the BMW of Bridgewater team changed my mind. My sales adviser Mark Carvalho guided me through each step of my vehicle selection process. After I ordered my new BMW M850i, Mark kept me informed about the vehicle build status, from receipt of the BMW production number to my new car delivery. Mark is a high energy guy but his sales technique is definitely low key. He was very concerned about my needs and explained the pros and cons of each decision point in my purchase process. When I picked up my new vehicle, Mark and John Palumbo, the dealership’s BMW Genius, spent a lot of time explaining the features and functionality of all the car’s components. Mark and John are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. They made sure I was completely satisfied with my BMW buying experience. After the unpleasant encounters dealing with several other area BMW dealerships, I finally found one that really cares about its customers and does whatever is necessary to ensure a superb customer experience. Experience with Joel Curran Joel acted arrogant and smug throughout our short time together. He acted as if he was doing me a favor by showing me the car. I went there with the intention of purchasing a car but was so thrown off by Mr. Curran that I quickly decided that I would go somewhere else. There are so many BMW dealerships in the tri-state area but Mr. Curran acted as if I was very lucky to stumble upon his dealership. More

That dealership changed ownership and my prior sales rep left. As a result, the experience and level of customer service from that prior dealership changed for the worse. We chose to look elsewhere and landed upon the team @ BMW Bridgewater. From the initial sales experience to the negotiation to the delivery, it was smooth, easy, reasonable and positive. I have been in sales for 20+ years so I notice and appreciate the little things that make for a world class sales experience and they earned our business. We will be taking our business here now. Ultimately, he found me the car that I wanted at a great lease rate, without any of the nonsense that I experienced at some of the other dealerships. When I went to take delivery of the car, I noticed that the car didn't have the sports seats that I had seen in all the cars I viewed, and I wanted the sport seats (I didn't realize that the seats were an "option"). Justin apologized and found me the exact car with the seats that I wanted at the same lease rate 2 days later! He was a class act. He didn't try to push me into a car I didn't want just because it was the last day of the month. More
