Frank did an awesome job in providing the quote satisfying my needs almost my requirement. They also did a follow up through an internet manager to see if I am interested. so I finally decided to go with Frank and he completed the deal with all the questions answered. I would definitely recommend Frank Fratzola from BMW Bridgewater for any new BMW car. More

I had been contacted with the original dealer where I leased the 3 series and looking for a 4 series car, the original dealer was not able to follow through and did not work with me closely. The BMW of Bridgewater was able to assist me on ordering the 4 series car and follow through the entire purchase. Martin provided the tracking on the status of the vehicle starting from Germany to United States. All and all the process was very smooth and encountered no difficulties. Compared to 3 other dealership experience, here no one is interested to explain much about the car, quick to get you to test drive. Plenty of customers in line.. Most of all I find it annoying chasing down sales rep for follow-up and status. Typically the other way around in other dealerships. Just poor communication skill from the sales rep I had. My lessons learned for future transaction, get everything in writing even if minor. Everything is forgotten once deal is signed. Next BMW from somewhere else. More
