Once agreed on the deal the staff accommodated my request to schedule tire replacement on my old car at the time of a swap (BMW charges much more for worn tires on lease returns than the new tire cost). Overall the experience of swaping the leases was stress-free and quick. More

Great people and even better experience I just leased my 1st BMW from this dealership. The thing that differentials this dealership from the few other bmw dealerships is really the people. From Mike Watson (assisted the 1st time I came in..took a lot of his time to take me for a test drive and show me options) to Amelia Lepera (who helped me on the internet before I came in again) to Justin Connor (who helped me close the lease and walk out with my fabulous car). They all had a great attitude and I cannot stress this enough..great people oriented culture. More
