My buying experience at BMW of Bridgewater exceeded expectations in every way. I came in expecting to have to order a car and wait for 4-6 weeks, but Manjula was able to locate the exact vehicle that expectations in every way. I came in expecting to have to order a car and wait for 4-6 weeks, but Manjula was able to locate the exact vehicle that I wanted and got it to the dealership in 2 days. She removed the stress from the whole process with her pleasant demeanor, efficiency and prompt communication. When I came in to complete the paperwork and pick up the vehicle, everything was ready for me and Bobby was an excellent finance manager to work with. He was really helpful and efficient too. Brian started showing me through the tech that the new model has to offer while Manjula took care of my insurance details. Then I drove off with a huge grin 😁. I will be back and I will tell my friends. More

We recently had the pleasure of working with Manjula. To me, buying a new car was daunting task as we had to bring our 2 young children along since we could only go on the weekends. When we entered, kids in tow, Manjula immediately made us feel welcomed and swiftly helped us locate the vehicles we were interested in. The entire process felt seamless and there was not a moment we felt rushed or overwhelmed. Manjula is very knowledgeable and truly listened to our wants and needs and in the end was able to get us a great deal on our new car.
